一般描述

胆碱是鞘磷脂和卵磷脂的成分。它是乙酰胆碱的前体。胆碱在甲基代谢、致癌作用和脂质转运中具有至关重要的作用。胆碱缺乏与脂肪肝有关。它能维持细胞结构完整性和细胞信号传导。胆碱参与磷脂的合成。它是缺血性心脏病的有效生物标志物。

生化/生理作用

丁酰胆碱酯酶(BChE)和对氧磷酯酶1(PON1)是由肝脏合成的并且与炎症相关的血清酶,这两种酶在注射LPS的脓毒症动物模型中的活性降低。氯化胆碱以20mg/kg体重的剂量静脉注射给药,可防止LPS介导的BChE和PON1酶活性降低 。
胆碱是一种必需营养素,通常与B族复合维生素组合,在许多生物过程中发挥关键作用。
