生化/生理作用

丁酰胆碱酯酶(BChE)和对氧磷酯酶1(PON1)是由肝脏合成的并且与炎症相关的血清酶,这两种酶在注射LPS的脓毒症动物模型中的活性降低。氯化胆碱以20mg/kg体重的剂量静脉注射给药,可防止LPS介导的BChE和PON1酶活性降低 。
