應用

生化/生理作用

成分

人EGF(hEGF)是与β-尿抑胃素相同的分子,而这是一种基于其能够抑制胃酸分泌的能力而分离的分子。EGF在结构上与人转化生长因子-α同源,而二者都可以通过EGF受体发挥其作用。 E9644是天然成熟EGF的N-末端甲硫氨酸形式。

注意

该产品应当储存在-20°C并将保持活性长达两年。在重悬后,它可在2至-8°C下储存一个月,或在分装冷冻后在-70至-20℃下储存更长时间。

準備報告

该产品是由经0.2 μm-过滤的pH 7.4磷酸盐缓冲液冻干而得。它应该通过使用10mM 乙酸将小瓶中的内容物加入至1mg / mL来进行重悬。 如需稀释或更低的浓度,但不低于10 μg/mL时,需要加入0.1% BSA或HSA。如用于增殖检测,则可通过不含白蛋白的培养基对其进一步稀释。
