原理
Sigma提供方便的试剂盒用于制备FITC-标记抗体。异硫氰基荧光素（FITC），异构体1，是一种广泛使用的荧光团，因为在共轭反应时它有高量子效率和稳定性。FITC具有黄橘色的颜色以及在495 nm处的最大吸光值。通过激发，它可以散发出在525 nm具有最大发射的黄绿色。通过蛋白质或多肽链的自由氨基基团发生共轭反应，形成稳定的硫脲键（看反应）。FITC和抗体，凝集素，激素和生长因子共轭，用于各种免疫组织化学和流式细胞仪实验中。该实验方案对于抗体是最优方案，但用于其他蛋白质时需要用户自行修改。

过程
