  • 用于细胞培养:将人乳腺上皮细胞MCF-10A细胞保存在补充有氢化可的松及其他成分的DMEM/F12中
  • SUM149细胞系是从原始IBC建立的,并在补充有FBS的含胰岛素和氢化可的松的Ham′s F12培养基中进行生长

生化/生理作用

肾上腺皮质分泌的原发性糖皮质激素。消炎效果是皮质酮的三倍,但 Na2+ 保留性能比皮质酮低。

室温下为粉末状;分成小份冻存,以避免使用时反复冷冻/解冻

重悬
