应用

生化/生理作用

Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase epsilon is an enzyme encoded by the PTPRE gene that is mapped to human chromosome 10q26. It regulates the ERK1/2 pathway by emerging as a phosphatase, through its catalytic activity. It consist of an isoform, which possesses N-terminal catalytic, active phosphatase domain 1 (PD1).
