一般描述

10%中性缓冲的甲醛(NBF)是全世界范围内用于光学显微镜最常使用的固定剂,并且也是一种较为宽容的固定剂。10% NBF很适合于高通量的实验室,并只需要一段相对短的固定时间,但也可用于组织的长期储存。甲醛固定被视为在醛和蛋白之间形成的,并生成凝胶,从而在它们的体内关系上保留细胞性组成。一旦被正确固定后,组织应该可以承受后续的组织处理或染色阶段。

应用
