一般描述

LC3基因,也称为MAP1LC3A(微管相关蛋白1轻链3 α),是酵母自噬所必需的Apg8p同源物。处理后形成的胞质可溶形式定位于自噬体膜上。该基因位于人染色体20q11.22上。LC3在细胞中以细胞质LC3-I(18kDa)和LC3-II(16kDa)两种形式存在。

免疫原

该合成肽对应于人LC3A亚型a的氨基酸,通过C-末端半胱氨酸残基与KLH偶联。在大鼠和小鼠中的相应序列是相同的。

应用

兔抗LC3抗体已被用于:

生化/生理作用

MAP1LC3A基因(微管相关蛋白1轻链3 α)编码自噬体标记蛋白。已有研究发现它在Nasu-Hakola病大脑中幸存的少突胶质细胞中表达,并且可能参与诱导少突神经胶质细胞病。

外形

0.01M 磷酸缓冲盐溶液,pH 7.4,含 15mM 叠氮化钠。

储存及稳定性

若需连续使用,可在2-8°C下保存最长一个月。若需延长储存时间,可将溶液分装并冷冻。不建议反复冻融。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊,请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。若工作稀释样品在12小时内未使用完,则应丢弃。
