一般描述

3-(2-吡啶基二硫代)丙酸 N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺酯(SPDP)是具有胺和巯基反应性的异源双功能交联剂。通常先在pH 7.5(6.5-8.5)的缓冲条件下通过酰胺键与含有伯胺的分子偶联。在pH 8.0(7.5-8.5)的缓冲条件下通过硫醇-二硫化物交换反应,与含有游离巯基的分子特异性二次偶联。此外,该试剂还可在初次偶联和还原接头后用作受保护的硫醇化试剂。它包含四个原子连接器。

应用


3-(2-吡啶基二硫代)丙酸N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺酯(SPDP)可用于制备酶免疫缀合物和半抗原载体分子偶联物。它已用于抗体缀合和作为蛋白质交联剂。
