蛋白酶是一种通过水解肽键来分解蛋白质的酶。蛋白酶用于降解蛋白质、研究蛋白酶抑制剂和研究热灭活动力学。蛋白酶用于孵育过程中的核酸分离程序。它被用于研究蛋白酶激活受体，如炎症和免疫反应中蛋白酶介导的信号转导 。产品 P4032 来自 黑曲霉 ，已用于霍氏链霉菌木聚糖酶的非特异性降解。

生化/生理作用

蛋白酶通过水解肽键使蛋白质分解代谢。丝氨酸活性部位抑制剂可灭活蛋白酶，如苯甲基磺酰氟 (PMSF) 和二异丙基氟磷酸盐。

单位定义
