应用

生化/生理作用

百日咳毒素可催化异三聚体鸟嘌呤核苷酸调节蛋白Gi、Go和Gt的α亚基的ADP-核糖基化。 这可防止G蛋白异源三聚体与受体的相互作用,从而阻止其偶联和激活。 由于Gα亚基仍处于与GDP结合的非活性状态,因此它们无法使腺苷酸环化酶失活或打开K+通道。
