三氯乙酸(TCA)组分以6.1 N TCA 溶液的形式提供。0.6 N TC A溶液可通过将所需体积的 T0699 用超纯水进行10倍稀释而制备。使用试剂盒时无需将所有体积的 T0699 均进行稀释。
提供了足以用于200次一毫升反应体系的试剂。
