应用

外形

溶于0.01M磷酸盐缓冲盐水，pH 7.4，含有1%牛血清白蛋白以及15 mM叠氮化钠。

制备说明

通过与R-藻红蛋白（PE）偶联制备。这种橙红色染料在488 nm处有效激发，并在578 nm处发射。
