链霉亲和素是由链霉菌产生的一种蛋白质。它和抗生物素蛋白一样有 4 个生物素结合位点。二者已广泛用作免疫化学系统中的探针，与抗体、酶、荧光染料和金偶联。与链霉亲和素 (pI~5-6) 相比，亲和素的碱性较高 (pI~10.5)。亲和素对生物素的结合能力略高于链霉亲和素，但它具有糖基化侧链，这使得印迹技术的背景高于链霉亲和素，后者不是糖蛋白。抗生蛋白链菌素比亲和素易被胍氯离子解离成亚单位。 链霉亲和素 可能与胶体金偶联。

应用
