蛋白质组学动态范围标准品套装由48种单独的人源或人序列重组蛋白的混合物产生,每种重组蛋白都被选择用于限制异源翻译后修饰(PTM)。蛋白质标准品由6种蛋白质的6种混合物配制而成,其动态范围为5个数量级,范围为50皮摩尔至500摩尔。在配制之前,通过氨基酸分析(AAA)对每种蛋白质进行定量。

应用
