Biochem/physiol Actions
NOP2/Sun RNA methyltransferase family member 5 (NSUN5) may function as a methyl-transferase which is dependent on S-adenosyl-L-methionine. Deletion in the gene encoding it has been associated with Williams-Beuren syndrome (WBS).
