Using the KAPA2G Fast PCR Kit, PCR time can be reduced by 20%–70% by simply reducing the extension time in each cycle. Additional timesaving may be achieved by optimizing other cycling parameters (e.g. denaturation and/or annealing time) for your specific assay and thermal cycler.
