We need to buy a hot thermometer to monitor the temperature inside of a water bath of more than 100 °C. Could you please tell me if we can put the probe of the FRIO temp digital thermometer inside of this hot water bath? Thanks for the support.

This product is suitable for use within a temperature range of -50 deg. C to 200 deg C. The probe for this model comes inserted in a 30ml glass bottle. The glass bottle is filled with glass beads.
