INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Remove the cap. Turn the pen over (tip down) and put tip on the glass slide
- Coat an appropriate area of the slide with Tissue Capture liquid
- Pickup the section on the coated area of the slide
- Deparaffinize tissue sections and hydrate to water
- Wipe away excess liquid around the sections on the glass slide
- If using the PAP pen encircle the tissue sections or draw lines on both sides of the section with Liquid Blocker and let dry 10-15 seconds
- You are now ready to begin your labeling protocol
