CellCrown 48は、6つの単体のボディとそれを結ぶ固定リングを備えています(6 well ストリップ)。事前にシャフトの一部を切り取っておくことで、容易にサンプルを導入できます。サンプルをリングの一番上にアプライしてボディ部分を押し込むか、またはサンプルをボディ部分の末端にアプライしてリングを押し込んでください。その後、必要に応じてサンプルををリング間で個別に切り分けることが可能です。これで、サンプルをウェルプレートへインストールする準備は完了です。
CellCrown 48は、個別の単体に切り分けることが可能です。CellCrown 48のインサートは個別に切り分けられても、ウェル上でその位置を維持します。CellCrown 48のご使用にあたり、ウェルプレートの蓋が一枚しか使用できなくても、十分な量の培地でウェルを満たすようにしてください。

How to Find a Lot/Batch Number for COA
Lot and Batch Numbers can be found on a product's label following the words 'Lot' or 'Batch'.
Aldrich Products
For a lot number such as TO09019TO, enter it as 09019TO (without the first two letters 'TO').
For a lot number with a filling-code such as 05427ES-021, enter it as 05427ES (without the filling-code '-021').
For a lot number with a filling-code such as STBB0728K9, enter it as STBB0728 without the filling-code 'K9'.
