RSTMカセットは、医薬品サンプルの無菌性試験を支援するように設計された、すぐに使える培地プレートです。寒天培地は独特の配合で調製されており、微生物のインキュベーション時間が5日から14日に短縮されます。
複雑な培地は、さまざまなインキュベーション条件を適用することで、幅広い好気性および嫌気性の細菌に加えて酵母やカビの増殖を支持します。
RSTMカセットは感度が高く、0.01%のチメロサールのような保存料を含むサンプル中の微生物を検出可能であり、不活化インフルエンザワクチンとアジュバントとして最大8 mg/lのリン酸アンモニウムまたは水酸化アルミニウムに適合します。

アプリケーション

RSTMカセットは、無菌性試験のサンプル中の微生物を検出するために使用されます。

特徴および利点

RSTMカセットは、安全な使用を確保するため、最終的なパッケージで三重に袋詰めされて、9～20 kGyでガンマ線照射されます。
アイソレーターで簡便に使用できるように、最内の袋の密封に穴が設けられており、除染中に袋を吊り下げるために使用されます。
RSTMカセットは、最終的な生物発光反応および自動計数において最適な結果を得るため、Milliflex Oasis®迅速ファネルのPVDFメンブレンと完全に連携するように設計されています。
