Nylon membranes, with lower concentrated DMSO, will be compatible. Once a sample has increased concentration, it is not recommended to use Nylon with DMSO. We have tested 10% DMSO and that is fine to use Nylon. 100% DMSO is not recommended with Nylon membranes.
