What is the tolerance for molecular weight with these spin columns? Could you reasonably purify a protein of 15 kDa using these columns, or are the tolerances too high and would result in loss of protein into the filtrate?

It is recommended to choose a molecular weight cut-off that is at least two times smaller than the molecular weight of the target molecules.
