Application
テトラメチルローダミン-5-dUTPは、DNAフラグメントの標識、および蛍光in situハイブリダイゼーション（FISH）プローブの合成に使用されています。

通常の分析：85％以上のテトラメチルローダミン-5-dUTP（HPLC、面積％）。
吸光度：ファイルで得られた吸収スペクトル。
Other Notes
ライフサイエンス研究専用。診断目的での使用はできません。一部のin situ実験では、2つの蛍光「タグ」、テトラメチルローダミン（赤）とフルオレセイン（黄色）を用いたDNA標識が有用です。
