Application

2,2'-アジノ-ビス(3-エチルベンズチアゾリン-6-スルホン酸)はペルオキシダーゼの基質で、ELISA法に適しています。この基質は緑色の可溶性最終生成物を生じ、405 nmで分光光度的に定量可能です。反応は、1%ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(SDS)で停止することができます。ELISA(マイクロウェル)法に適しますが、メンブレンを使用するアプリケーションには適しません。

2,2′-Azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt has been used:

• in the radical scavenging assay to test the antioxidant property of Pinus densiflora bark (PDB) extracts[1]
• to test the antioxidant capacity (AOC) of Aloe vera samples
• as a substrate for streptavidin-horse radish peroxidase (HRPO) in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)[2]
