While not specifically tested on gingival fibroblasts, this product is tested using mulitple mammalian cell lines. There is no reason to suspect that this product would not be suitable. For frozen cell stocks, the recommended maximum temperature is -70°C. Liquid nitrogen (-80°C) is a typical medium for this product.
