エストロゲン受容体α（ER α）は核受容体スーパーファミリーのメンバーです。ESR1（エストロゲン受容体）としても知られています。ヒト染色体6q25.1に位置しています。
1,3,5-トリス（4-ヒドロキシフェニル）-4-プロピル-1H-ピラゾールはPPTとも呼ばれています。ERαは、主要な抑制性ニューロンの細胞核および核外部位に含まれています。

アプリケーション

1,3,5-トリス（4-ヒドロキシフェニル）-4-プロピル-1H-ピラゾールは分化型脂肪細胞の培養に使用されています。薬物療法および放射免疫アッセイ（RIA）でも使用されます。

生物化学的／生理学的作用

エストロゲン受容体α（ERα）は免疫および炎症の応答に関与します。ESR1の異常は、子宮および腟の上部2/3の先天的欠損と関連するメイヤー - ロキタンスキー - クスター - ハウザー症候群をもたらします。
PPTは特異的エストロゲン受容体α（ER α）作動薬です。
