These O-rings are made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). The chemical resistance has not been determined by the manufacturer. Generally, TPE is listed as having 'Good' chemical resistance to alcohols. However, prolonged contact at high concentrations may result in swelling and softening of the material.
