生物化学的／生理学的作用

RSK4は、増殖因子を介した細胞の増殖、生存や分化の刺激において重要な要素である90-kDaリボソームS6キナーゼファミリーに属します。RSK4は、ERKや3-ホスホイノシチド依存性プロテインキナーゼ-1(PDK1)による協調的なリン酸化によって活性化されます。多くの場合、RSK4はX連鎖性難聴3型(DFN3)、精神遅滞(MRX)、全脈絡膜萎縮(CHM)から成る隣接遺伝子症候群にかかわっています。RSK4は、脳と腎臓に最も豊富に発現しています。

50 mM Tris-HCl(pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 0.25 mM DTT, 0.1 mM EGTA, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.1 mM PMSF, 25%グリセロール含有)。
