General description

セプタムはシリンジ注入システムの非常に重要な構成部品です。通常はエラストマーの、セルフシール性材料、たとえばシリコンゴム、ナノプレンまたはフルオロエラストマーなどで作られます。システムに漏れを生じさせずサンプルを簡便に導入するために適しています。不適切なセプタムはキャピラリーインレットの高温条件下で分解し、クロマトグラム上のベースラインの乱れやゴーストピークの発生の原因になります。
プラグ隔壁を必要とするShimadzu GC向け。

Application

Thermogreen® LB-2 セプタムは以下のアプリケーションに適しています：
  • GC-MSでの分析中バイアルから固相マイクロ抽出（SPME）ファイバーに吸着する分析試料の抽出量または損失を最小限にとどめます。
  • 耐熱性セプタムはGC機器のキャリアガスの漏れや外来ピーク、フタル酸混入を防ぎます。[1]
  • 耐熱性セプタムと肉厚のニードルプロテクターはGC機器のマイクロシリンジによる修復不能な損傷を防ぎます。[2]
  • ガスクロマトグラフのインフルーエントサンプリングポートにも使用されます。
