生物化学的／生理学的作用

デスロラタジンは選択的かつ非鎮静性のヒスタミンH1レセプターアンタゴニストで、ロラタジン(クラリチン)の活性型代謝産物であり、花粉症およびアレルギー症状の軽減に用いられ、他の抗ヒスタミン剤よりも眠気を催さない点が特徴です。臨床的に到達しうる血中濃度では心臓K+チャネルをほとんど阻害しません。抗ムスカリン作用/抗コリン作用を有しません。
