Questions

1–3 of 3 Questions
  1. Could you please provide me with the user's guideline of 651761 Negative Resist Remover I? I have bought the product and I want to confim the proper temperature, dilution percentage as well as the amount of sulfric acid that should be added. Thank you!

    1 answer
    1. For optimal use, the ideal temperature for the remover and sulfuric acid is between 50-60 °C. The appropriate dilution percentage and the amount of sulfuric acid to be added will depend on the specific type of photoresist. Here is the user guideline of this product: https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/deepweb/assets/sigmaaldrich/product/documents/345/019/al_techbull_al217.pdf

  2. For the 65,176-1 Negative Resist Remover, do we also buy H2SO4, or is that already in the 65, 176-1?

    1 answer
    1. This product does not include H2SO4.

  3. Is this remover available with AZ 5214E which is an IR photo-resist (positive to negative) ?

    1 answer
    1. The photoresist remover AZ 5214E (or others options for positive and negative removal) is not available. Unfortunately, the 651761, which is also included in the Negative Photoresist kit (654892), are the only reagents offered at this time.
