Peroxidase Enzymes
Our peroxidase enzymes are recognized around the world as the industry standard for diagnostic manufacturing and laboratory-scale research applications. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzymes, peroxidase enzyme products, horseradish peroxidase substrates, and inhibitors are widely used as secondary detection reagents in ELISAs, immuno-histochemical techniques, and blotting analyses. Luciferase Reagents
Luciferase is the original source for bioluminescent technology and firefly luciferase is a widely used bioluminescent reporter. These highly sensitive luciferase enzyme products are used extensively in molecular and cell biology, and for the efficient detection and quantitation of ATP as a reporter for genetic function. The light-producing reaction is initiated by D-luciferin activation. ATP is hydrolyzed and light is emitted when firefly luciferase catalyzes the oxidation of D-luciferin.
