Sodium Acetate is reported to inhibit the growth of Listeria monocytogenes.

Aplicación

Sodium Acetate Anhydrous may be used in the preparation of guanidine solution required for the total RNA preparation. It is suitable food grade chemical used to control the Listeria monocytogenes in Blue Crab (Callinectes sapidus) meat.
