General description

Las plaquitas para cultivo celular Transwell son cómodas unidades de soporte permeables y fáciles de utilizar para el estudio de líneas celulares tanto dependientes como independientes de anclaje. Se caracterizan por una membrana de poliéster trasparente microscópicamente fina, de 10 mm, que es tratada para un crecimiento y fijación óptimos de las células en cultivo de tejidos.

Proporcionan una excelente visibilidad celular bajo el microscopio de contraste de fase y permiten la evaluación de la viabilidad celular y de la formación de monocapas.
