General description

PYROMAT^® IL-6 Control is a recombinant human Interleukin 6 (IL-6) in buffered preservatives, supplied in a lyophilized form. This is used for control reactions in the IL?6 ELISA. The PYROMAT^® System is a ready-to-use solution for pyrogen testing, using the Monocyte Activation Test.

Application

The PYROMAT^® IL-6 control is to be used with the PYROMAT^® System (Monocyte Activation Test for pyrogen detection) for Product Specific Validation to assess that the product does not interfere with the ELISA detection method.

Preparation Note

Reconstitute the IL-6 Control with endotoxin-free water. The volume of reconstitution can be found on the vial label
Vortex during 15 min with gentle agitation prior to making dilution
Aliquot if needed: 20 aliquots can be made from one vial

Other Notes

Recombinant human IL-6 in buffered preservatives, supplied in a lyophilized form
