Application

Phosphate buffered saline has been used:
  • as a cell wash solution in human dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs)
  • for perfusion studies in dissected brain samples
  • as wash solution for neurons culture cells sample preparation for immunofluorescence and immunocytochemical labelling
  • as wash solution for ovary and sperm during in vitro culture and fertilization

4L package size comes in a box with a spigot for spill free dispensing.

Other Notes

When diluted to a 1X concentration, this product will yield a phosphate buffered saline solution with a phosphate buffer concentration of 0.01M and a sodium chloride concentration of 0.154M. The solution pH will be 7.4.
