General description

Hamilton® syringe is available in gas-tight type that minimizes the gas exchange in GC analysis. It gives accurate volume delivery. The plunger is mostly unsurpassed.[1]

Application

It has been used in sample dispensing during analysis of anilines and phenols using column liquid chromatography.[2] It has also been fitted with Chaney adapter which helped in sample reproducibility during extraction of organochlorine pesticides for analyzing using solvent microextraction (SME) followed with fast gas chromatography (GC).[3]

Legal Information

Hamilton is a registered trademark of Hamilton Co.
