"Turnaround time is normally 2 days from ordering, and the data sheet gives microgram quantity, and how much to dissolve in for 100uM. We have ordered many dozens of oligos, and they have worked great in making many clones over the last few years. "Each probe is a little bit expensive, but I was able to get a great result using these probes and ddPCR because it allows us to perform absolute quantification. When you design probes and primer pairs, it is better to follow Supplier's instructions. For example, I used Primer3Plus and Oligo Analyzer provided by Merck."
