Description

Application

Employed in the synthesis of metal-rich layered tellurides, TaNi₂Te₂ and TaCo₂Te₂, which possess ideal characteristics for photovoltaic applications, for surface scanning studies, and which may give clean and atomically flat surfaces. Starting material for new edge-bridged octahedral M₆ cluster compounds such as CsErTa₆Cl₁₈, for which electron and stability studies were performed.
