Application

Magnesium sulphate has been used:
  • as a component of M63 working medium solution for E. coli microcolonies in gel beads and Synechocystis liquid growth medium
  • as a buffer component for phosphoglycerate mutase assay and ribokinase activity assay
  • in ice-cold assay buffer for plasma membrane cholesterol measurement assay in immortalized bone marrow-derived macrophages (iBMDMs)
