General description

Milli-Q® EQ 7000 ultrapure water purification system with remote Q-POD® dispenser and HMI touchscreen installation delivers up to 300 L per day of ultrapure water from purified water, such as from a Milli-Q® IX pure water system (e.g. ZIX7003T0) stored in any Milli-Q® storage tank (e.g. TANKA050), or delivered by a pressurized loop fed by a centralized pure water system such as a Milli-Q® HX system (e.g. ZLXL51040).

A range of intelligent design features and technological innovations make the system easy to use and reduce its environmental footprint compared to the previous generation Milli-Q® Reference system.
The system features two distinct components that can be remotely installed up to 3 m from the purification unit:
  • A large, 7-inch (~18 cm) touchscreen interface that allows intuitive system control, rapid data access, and at-a-glance quality monitoring.
  • The ergonomic Q-POD® dispenser provides 3 flow rates, ‘Check & Dispense′ lights, and final polishing adapted to application needs.

Application

This high-quality Milli-Q® ultrapure water system is flexible, intuitive, and green. Ultrapure water produced by this system is used for sensitive analytical techniques including HPLC, UHPLC, IC, and other types of chromatography, as well as for elemental analysis techniques such as AAS and ICP-MS.

It is also recommended for use in life science areas such as cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry and innovative detection methods.
