General description

Cobaltpowder is a metallic powder of the element cobalt (Co), typically produced through reduction or electrolysis. Our high-purity cobalt powder is characterized by its particle size of less than 150 μm and a purity of ≥99.9% on a trace metals basis. It is used in lithium-ion batteries for enhancing their stability and energy density for portable electronics, electric vehicles, and renewable energy storage systems. Additionally, it is also used as a binder in hard alloys, it tightly binding the hard phase of the material, such as tungstencarbide, through powder metallurgy sintering.[1][2]
