一般描述
来自人血浆的天然转铁蛋白。转铁蛋白是一种主要的铁结合蛋白，在人血浆或血清中测得，浓度为3mg/ml。其浓度与血清的总铁结合能力相关，其水平由铁的可用性调节。它具有抗细菌和抗真菌活性，对通过网织红细胞合成血红素的铁利用是必需的。以Tf结合铁的形式贮藏在骨髓中。

从150 mM NaCl、20 mM磷酸钠缓冲液（pH值7.4）中冷冻干燥。
制备说明
由经认证测试对HBsAg以及HIV和HCV抗体呈阴性的血浆制备而成。
重悬
复溶后，等分并冷冻（-20°C）用于长期贮藏，或添加NaN₃并冷藏（4°C）用于短期贮藏。贮备溶液在4°C可稳定保存最多2周。
