一般描述

琼脂糖凝胶® 4B,一种琼脂糖珠,是Galβ1,4[3,6]-脱氢-L-半乳糖的聚合物。琼脂糖凝胶有助于分离较大的分子,并且没有带电荷的糖类。其含有3,6-脱水-L-半乳糖,可抵抗生物降解。氢键可稳定琼脂糖凝胶的结构。琼脂糖凝胶通过交联基质上的各种配体而广泛用于亲和层析。
