一般說明

槲皮素 3-β-D-葡糖苷（Q3G），也叫作异槲皮苷，是槲皮素的主要糖苷形式之一。[1]它是一种单葡萄糖苷，最早从加拿大紫荆的种荚中分离出来，也广泛存在于各种植物、蔬菜和水果中。[1]Q3G 具有类黄酮的基本化学结构，即一个葡萄糖分子连接在槲皮素的 C-3 上。[1]

應用

使用槲皮素 3-β-D-葡糖苷：
  • 作为膳食类黄酮补充剂，以利用表面等离子共振（SPR）检测其与人类小泛素相关修饰物 1（SUMO1）蛋白的结合能力[2]
  • 用为大肠杆菌三磷化酸腺苷（ATP）合成酶的抑制剂[3]
  • 作为抗聚集剂，测试其对β-淀粉样蛋白、绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）和胰凝乳蛋白酶原蛋白的活性[4]

生化／生理作用

槲皮素 3-β-D-葡糖苷具有较强的抗氧化和抗炎活性。[1]作为一种强效氧自由基清除剂，它是一种神经保护剂，可在小鼠模型中改善阿尔茨海默病（AD）的症状。′[5]它可与苹果提取物结合使用，对结肠癌、肺癌和肝癌细胞系[6]以及 MCF-7 人乳腺细胞具有抗增殖活性。[7]

  1. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1 answer

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

  2. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.
