一般描述

DNA 净化试剂是即用型表面活性剂，可从实验室设备中去除 DNA。适用于 PCR 设备、玻璃器皿、塑料和不锈钢实验室表面。

应用

DNA污染清除剂用于在细菌人工染色体阵列比较基因组杂交(BAC aCGH)和单核苷酸多态性(SNP)阵列分析方案中去除层流超净工作台的DNA。

注意

处理本品时应佩戴手套。DNA 去污试剂是碱性的，如果长时间与皮肤接触会引起过敏。如不慎与眼睛接触，应立即用水冲洗15分钟并与医生联系。如果吞食，请勿催吐。大量饮水并立即与医生联系。

其他说明

不要在铝、软金属或垫圈和密封件上使用 DNA 去污试剂。本品不用作反应物，请勿添加到反应中。
