一般描述

RNase AWAY® 是一种即用型表面活性剂，可从实验室设备中去除RNA和RNA酶。适用于PCR设备、塑料、玻璃器皿和不锈钢实验室表面。

应用

RNase AWAY® 已用于：
  • 流式细胞术分析中
  • 对涂覆的微棒进行灭菌以形成胶体乳液
  • 从生物安全柜 和实验室设备中去除RNA酶
  • 作为分析星形胶质细胞发生过程中动态转录和表观遗传重塑的化学物质

注意

处理本品时，应佩戴手套。RNase去污试剂是一种碱性液体，长时间接触皮肤具有刺激性。如不慎入眼，应立即用清水冲洗15分钟并就医。如果吞咽，请勿尝试催吐。应摄入大量水并立即就医。

其他说明

不要在铝、软金属、或垫圈和密封件上使用RNase去污试剂。该产品不可用作反应物。请勿添加至反应中。
