一般描述

生化/生理作用

免疫球蛋白G(IgG)参与II型和III型超敏反应。它主要用于帮助免疫防御。靶蛋白的猪IgG通常在多种研究应用中用作一抗。因此,与可检测底物缀合的抗猪IgG二抗是靶蛋白分析的有用工具。兔抗猪IgG(全分子)-过氧化物酶抗体与猪IgG结合。

外形

溶解在0.01 M磷酸缓冲盐,pH7.4,含有0.05% MIT。

制备说明

由Avrameas, S.等人,Scand. J. Immunol., 8, Suppl. 7, 7 (1978)描述的两步戊二醛法制备。
