应用
铁含量检测试剂盒已被用于测定鲍曼不动杆菌（A. baumannii）野生型（WT）和Δ铁吸收调节蛋白（Fur）菌株中Fe2+ 的浓度。

原理
在该测定中，通过添加酸性缓冲液而使样品释放铁。可直接测定样品中的Fe2+ 或将样品还原后测量总铁（Fe2+ 和Fe3+）。释放的铁与发色团反应，得到的比色（593nm）产物与样品中的铁含量成比例。铁含量检测试剂盒提供了一种简单方便的铁含量测定方法，适用于各种生物样品。
制备说明
试剂盒与血清和组织样本相容，但与血浆样本不相容。
